  1. Q: When will the next magazine be out?
A: The magazine comes out the first Wednesday of the month.
It's around the 2nd Wednesday of the month for New Zealand readers.
Subscribers can hopefully expect their copy a little earlier than newsagency copies. however this is not a guarantee.

  2. Q: Can I order back issues?
A: Yes. Every so often in the magazine there is an order form for back issues. You can also call 03 8317 8121 for back issue enquiries.

  3. Q: My subscription hasn't arrived.
A: Making sure everyone gets their magazines and whatever else we send out on time is a complex and often fault ridden task. That said, we do our best to make sure that you get what you pay for on time and in good condition. If this is not the case, then send a polite email to our subs contact at haymarket and they will hopefully help - email Neil Parkin - nparkin@haymarketmedia.com.au - who is responsible for subscriptions at FourFourTwo.

  4. Q: What is my subscription number?
A: Your subscriber number is printed on the big sheet of paper which comes with FourFourTwo. The number is directly above your name and address.

  5. Q: How long will my subscription take to be processed?
A: If FourFourTwo gets your subscription by the the second Friday of the month, it's pretty certain that you'll get the next issue. That's not a guarantee, but it's as good as.

  6. Q: I just subscribed. When do I receive my first issue?
A: Australia is a big place, and Australia Post is a big organization. FourFourTwo send the mag out through a mailing house over 2 days. One of those days is usually a Friday, so that adds a couple of days to the head start the lucky ones get already. The magazine then spreads out across the country, to the homes of FourFourTwo subscribers everywhere.
Because they are posted from Melbourne, it's Melbourne people who generally get FourFourTwo first, but, most capital cities should get it on the same day. Rural areas are usually a day or two later, followed by NZ copies.

  7. Q: I haven't received my subscriptions gift yet!
A: You should receive you gift with in 28 days of the subscription offer closing, however sometimes the prize may take a little longer, depending on the volume of subscriptions that month

  8. Q: I've changed my address. Who do I contact about getting my subscription sent to my new address?
A: Subscription enquires (inc. change of address)
