NATHAN Burns will look to add to his AEK Athens goal tally against English Premier League side Bolton Wanderers tonight with the young striker likely to face new signing Danny Shittu.

The Aussie youngster was on hand as the club launched its new kit this week with Burns handed the number 20 for the new season.

The overlooked Olyroo chalked up his first goal in Greece earlier this week during a 5-0 friendly thrashing of Turkish Superlig side Ankaragucu.

Burns joined the action for the second half with his side already 3-0 up in the pre-season friendly after goals from Argentines Ignacio Scocco and Ismael Blanco and a third from new signing Daniel Majstorovic.

The Blayney boy rounded things off with a terrific chip to complete the rout.

Tomorrow's opponents Bolton go into the match on the back of a 1-1 draw with Aris FC.

Wanderers boss Gary Megson has moved to strengthen his squad by recruiting former Watford and Queens Park Rangers defender Shittu.

He is expected to be handed his first Wanderers start against AEK.

Burns' friend Bruce Djite has revealed to au.fourfourtwo.com that the striker is embracing his new life in Europe. Djite said: "I speak to him pretty often on Skype or Facebook and I call him every now and then and he's enjoying it over there at AEK."
